Udupi : District Brahman Mahasabha ® inauguration and Convention to be held on Sunday, 27^th December, 2016 at Udupi Sri Krishna Mutt Rajangana.

Addressing with media persons M. Majunath Upadhyaya President of Udupi District Brahmana Mahasabha said that the Mahasabha united with Udupi, Karkala and Kundapura zones along with Shivalli, Kota, Koteshwar, Sthanic, Hayvaka, Karadha, Chithvan, Sakalapura, Kandavara, Panchagrama, Karnataka, Deshastha among others sub divisions and Udupi district Yuva Parishat, Tulu Shivalli, Madhwamandala Udupi, Koota Mahajagatthu were working united in the Udupi District Brahman Mahasabha under the presence and blessings from Paryaya Sri Pejawar Mutt Sri Sri Vishweshatheertha Swamiji on 21^st August, 2016.

Under the leadership of M. Manjunath Upadhyaya the working committee was formed. The office bearers are, President M. Majunath Upadhyaya Parkala, Dr. H. V. Narasimha Murthy Hon. President, Ganesh V. Rao General Secretary, Srikanth Kannanth Treasurer, Bhaskar Joyees Hebri District Convener, Krishanand Chatra, Kundapura, Sri Raghavendra Achar Karkala, Vasudev Adoor, Vice Presidents, Kudi Srinivas Bhat Chief Associate Secretary and Shobha Upadyaya, Udupi Mahila Sanghaton President and district all zonal heads are committee members and leading personalities will be Honorable Conveners.

The working committee of the Udupi District Mahasabha will be held on Sunday, 27^th November, 2016  at 10 am and Grand Convention to be held on same day from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.

The convention to be presided by Majunath Upadhyaya and Pejarwar Mutt Sri Sri Vishweshatheertha Swamiji and Sri Sri Vishwaprasannatheertha Swamiji will bless the inaugural ceremony. Dinesh Gundurao Working President of KPCC, Y. S. Dutta MLA of Kadoor, Prasannha Kumar MLA or Shivamogga, K. Raghupathy Bhat former MLA and Venketnarayana President of Akila Karnataka Brahman Mahasabha Bengaluru are chief guests to present.

Vasudev Adoor, Krishnanand Chatra, Srikanth Upadhyaya, Ganesh Rao, Nagaraj Upadhya and other officials were present during the press meet.
