Mumbai: Bharath Co-operative Bank opens 99th branch at Matunga east

Print Mumbai, Aug 21: Bharath Co-operative Bank inaugurated their 99th branch at Matunga east on August 18. The bank’s executive president Jaya C Suvarna untied the ribbon and inaugurated the new branch. GSB Seva Mandal King Circle convener and Indian education society Dadar, trustee Sathish R Nayak was present as chief guest.
Building owner Kimji Bhai Shaw and Mumbai high court advocate, Gurudeva Seva Balaga Maharashtra unit president Kadandale Parari Prakash L Shetty lit the traditional lamp. The bank’s vice president and director K S Suvarna set in motion the ATM and locker services.
Billavara association Vikroli local committee executive president Raghava K Kunder, G C Poojary, branch manager Netaji Shirke, Dinesh Rao, G C Poojary, bank’s DGM Suresh S Salian, Navinchandra S Bangera,Vishwanath G Suvarna, Prabhakara G Suvarna, Dinesh B Salian, Nithyananda S Kirodian, AGM Dr Dhananjaya Kumar, Vasudeva M Salian, Mahesh B Kotian, bank’s retired chief manager Anilkumar R Ameen, retired general manager Shobha Dayanand, progress department officer Sunil Gujaran, Vijaya Palan, hundreds of customers, shareholders, bank officials and well wishers were present.
Jayananda P Poojary and Shobha J Poojary couple and Anil Poojary were in charge of religious rituals. Progress department head and DGM Mohandas Hejmady welcomed the guests, explained the facilities in the bank, introduced the guests and compered the programme. Snehalatha Anchan proposed the vote of thanks.
