Print Udupi : The work of Concretization and tarring of selected portions of behind road of Mahalasa of Shirva grama panchayath and vented dam construction with a grant of 3.10 lakh and 3 lakh began near here.
Benedict D’souza and Lawrence D’souza-the senior leaders of the locality conducted the foundation stone laying rituals. Ida Gibba D’souza-member of Jilla Panchayath, Conrad Castelino-the president of C.A.Bank, Shirva and member of grama panchayath, Severin Menezes-member of grama panchayath, Annad, Alwyn D’Souza-the owner of Alex building at Shirva, Arun Poojary-the ward president of Congress, Lawrence Pinto, Albert Cabral, Cristel Arul and others were present during the occasion.
