Karnataka Karmikara Vedike to hold Karnataka Rajyotsava & Brahat Labourers’ Awareness Convention

Udupi : The Karnataka Karmikara Vedike, Udupi District unit will be organizing Karnataka Rajothsava and Labour Awareness Convention at MGM College ground, Kadiyali on 29th November, 2015, said Ravi Shetty, President of Karnataka Karmikara Vedike, Udupi unit.
He was addressing the media persons at press club held at Udupi Press Club on 13th November, said that the convention is being organized to create awareness among labourers. During the occasion in order to overcome unemployment problem, free Udyoga Mela to be organized with the help of more than 100 well known companies, inauguration of free Ambulance facility, Labourer’ registration, Awareness on Agriculture, Kavigosti, Pradhanamantri Bhima Yojana and free Insurance to vehicles drivers by Kidiyoor K. Udayakumar Shetty family Trust.
The documents required for Udyoga Mela “ Self Document of 10 copies, Passport size photos of 10 copies, Xerox 10 copies of mark sheet, Educational Qualification – 10 copies, Free registration fee, but should be members of Vedike. For the membership of Vedike three photos, one identity proof, Rs. 150/- and should attend at 8 am at Registration counter for the membership.
Documents required for Pradhanamantri Vima Yojana – Three photos, Bank passbook, identity copy. Bank account will be opened those who didn’t have the bank account.
Labourer’s Registration and Insurance facility – required documents are three photos, bank pass book copy, identity copy and for three years Rs150 and registration free Rs. 26. Total Rs 176/ only.
On the occasion of Kannada Rajyotsava, the Karnataka Karmikara Vedike Present awards to achievers in different fields. The Rajyotsava Awardees are Shivanna Ambale - Veeragase and Artist, Sripathy Hegde Hakladi Kundapur – Senior Journalist, Smt. Radha Udupi – Retd Teacher, Veeranna kurvatthi Gowdar, Haveri – Poet, Sandashiva Shetty Shivmuga – Farmer, Gururaj Sanil, Santhekatte – Snake Specialist.
Special Awardees – Suri Shetty (District State Awardee), Ravi Katpady, Nithyanand Olakkadu, Udyakumar Shetty Kidiyoor, Nilavar Surendra Adiga – Kannada Kattala, Udayakumar Shetty Inna – Udyamasheela, Gopalshetty Bangalore – Karmika Bandhu and Raghavendra Rao Bangaluru – Karmika Kanmani.
The programmes will be at 8.30 am flag hoisting, at 9 am Udyogamela inauguration, at 9.30am inaugural state programme, 11am to 1pm Kavigosti. From 2 pm from clock tower Udupi along with tablou and cultural team and along with 200 bikes procession on Diana circle, Taluk office, Big Bazar, Bannanje to MGM Ground at 4pm.
At 4.30 Valedictory programme to be held and state level Rajyotsava awards and felicitation programmes will be held.Meantime the release of Ambulance will be held.
