Udupi : As part of Valedictory celebration of Silver Jubilee of South Kanara Photographers’ Association (Reg) and State level Photographers’ Convention and International level exhibition cum sale will be held on Friday, 9^th October and Saturday, 10^th October, 2015 at Ammani Ramanna Shetty Hall, Udupi.

Speaking with the media persons at Udupi Press Club, K. Vasudeva Rao President of SKPA said that on the occasion of Rajatha Samrama, vehicles jatha from Clock Tower near Service Bus stand of Udupi at 9.30 am on Friday to be flagged off by Annamalai Police District Superintendent, Udupi district.

During the stage programme Vinay Kumar Sorake Urban Minister and Minister in charge of Udupi District will inaugurate at 10.30am. International level exhibition will be inaugurated by Ramanath Rai Forest Minister and Minister in charge of DK district, he said.

He also said that U. T. Khader Health Minister will release the souvenir during the occasion. K. Vasudev Rao President will preside the occasion. Pramod Madwaraj MLA, Kota Srinivas Poojary MLC and Nadoja G. Shankar of Shamili Trust will present as chief guests.

He said that Abayachandra Jain Minister of Youth and Sports will inaugurate State level Photographers’ Convention at 2.30 pm on Friday which Shashider President of Karnataka Photographers’ Association, Bangalore will preside.

Shobha Karandlje MP., Mohan Alva of Alvas Institutions, Moodubidri, Gurukiran famous film song director, Ivan D’Souza MLC, Vilas Nayak Chairman of Hanuman Transport Company, Udupi, K Vasudev Rao President of SKPA, Mangaluru are to present as chief guests.

The valedictory function and Silver Jubilee Annual General Body meeting to be held on Saturday, 10^th October.
