Mangalore: With great Zeal and Enthusiasm ICYM- Episcopal City Deanery, organized YUVASAMAVESH 2015 on the 23rd of August 2015. The Youth of ICYM - Episcopal City Deanery came together under one roof for ‘YUVASAMAVESH-2015’ at Rosario Church Hall. Around 150 youth were present. Mr.LeonSaldanha was the convener for the Yuvasamavesh 2015.

The programme commenced with a prayer song.Mr.Winston compered the formal programme. Mangalore City Corporation , Mayor-Mrs.Jacintha Alfred-, Vicar Forane-Fr.J.BCrasta,Assistant parish prist of Milagres-Fr.Santosh Lobo, ICYM diocesan president -Mr.Alwyn were the special guests for the day.On this special day Mrs.Jacintha Alfred ,Fr.Santosh Lobo and Ms.JonitaRasquinha were felicitated by Fr.J.BCrasta for their service to the society,varadoand towards youth. The Theme of the program “YOUTH UNITY, BUILDS COMMUNITY” was inagurated by the guests in a very innovative way. The chief guest of YUVASAMVESH-2015, Mrs.Jacintha Alfred inspired the youth with her encouraging words.

Then the President of YUVASMAVESH - 2015, FrJ.B.Crasta encouraged the youth to have a positive thought in all that they do .Mr.RobinCutino conducted the ice breaker session and an effective session on the topic-“Youth Unity –Builds Community” was conducted by Fr. Robert ,the Principal of Lourdes Central School,followed by Eucharistic celebration and lunch.

The afternoon session was a fun-filled session where the Dynamic Youth of Episcopal City Deanery units, presented their talents and that was really appreciable.Furthermore, various Interesting Games and Group Activities were conducted in which the youth actively participated. “Yuvasamavesh 2015” concluded with the feedback session that was conducted by Mr.Robin Cutino.  Overall, YUVASAMAVESH 2015, was a combination of fun, knowledge and entertainment. A fulfilled day for the ICYM Episcopal City Deaneryyouth and a day to remember.
