Print “ A Message of Forgiveness from the Cross ” - ‘Way of the Cross’
Udupi, April 3, 2015: The Death of Christ Jesus on the Cross meant the salvation of all mankind. St John the Evangelist Church ,Pangala, Shankarapura, celebrated the ‘Way of the Cross’, ‘Good Friday’ on the 3rd of April, 2015. At school ground at 10. To 11 a.m. this morning .
To commemorate the ‘Way of the Cross’, the parishioners carried the Holy Cross symbolically and thus reflected upon the sufferings and death of Jesus. This one hour long refection on the 14 Stations of the Way of the Cross was conducted in the school premises and was attended by large number of devotees.
