Udupi : The bid farewell to Cynthia Sequiera of Milagres English Medium School, Kallianpur held on Saturday, 28^th March, 2015. The thanksgiving mass held at Milagres Cathedral at 9am which concelebrated by Very Rev Fr. Stany B. Lobo Correspondent of the Milagres Institutions and Rector of Milagres Cathedral along with Rev Fr. Mahesh D’souza, Headmaster of Milagres English Schools near here.

The adieus function after the mass held at Milagres Tri-centenary Hall. Very Rev Fr. Stany B. Lobo, Rev Fr. Mahesh D’Souza,Rev Fr. Rolwin Aranha, Veera D’Silva, PTA Presidents and Walter Cyril Pinto Parish Pastoral Council vice President along with Synthia Sequeira were present on the dais.

Prior to the function invocation prayer song, Fr. Mahesh D’Souza welcomed the gatherings. The function inaugurated by lighting the lamp by the personalities on the dais. Cynthia Sequeira cut the birthday cake during the occasion.

Cynthia Sequiera was felicitated by Very Rev Fr. Stany B. Lobo. She retired after the 28 years of devoted service to Milagres English Medium Higher Primary School, Kallianpur. After the felicitation program Cynthia Sequiera spoke her gratitude address with emotion. Meanwhile Fr. Stany Lobo as well as Walter Cyril Pinto addressed the gatherings and praised Cynthia teacher for her devoted service to the great institution. They wished her all the best during her retiring career.

Students conducted entertainment programs like dance and other during the occasion. Veera D’Silva proposed vote of thanks while Eugine Rebello compered the farewell function of retired teacher Cynthia Sequeira.
