Mumbai: Prajoth D’sa Live in concert on the 16th November, 2014.

Udupi, Nov 10, 2014: Prajoth D’sa - The charming prince and heartthrob of Konkani music, whose silvery voice has created sensational waves in the hearts of many, is going to perform live in Mumbai on Sunday 16th of November, 2014. The event is organized by "Konkan Kalzaan" on the occasion of silver jubilee celebrations of St. Antony’s Church, Sakinaka. The celebration would be a grand series of events for two days (15th & 16th November, 2014) which would end with the main event that would be a unique musical concert “Prajoth D’sa - Live” by Prajoth D’sa and his team all the way from Udupi-Mangalore.

Having sung for over 40 Konkani albums in a very short span, being a part of 100+ recordings which include movies, short films, jingles, voice-overs, theme songs, anthems, regional and national level albums and more, Prajoth D’sa has been a leading singer in Konkani music today and a popular name in the Coastal Belt of Karnataka. This young lad has been well known among the youth for his modern approach to Konkani music which moulds in different genres from around the world keeping the traditional Konkani essence intact. His debut album UDI UDI released in December 2013 is a super duper hit and holds record breaking sales in the current day Konkani music.

Prajoth’s debut show in Udupi held on 20th April 2014 yielded a wonderful response having a huge crowd and also a large number of online viewers. This show is definitely something to watch out for. The show would feature a series of Prajoth’s hits from his album UDI UDI as well as other Konkani albums along with a never-seen-before “Unplugged” session of Konkani songs marking a tribute to the legends of Konkani music.

The show would have rib tickling comedy by Nellu Permannur and team from Mangalore. The dances would be presented by “Awesome Chaotics” dance group from Mumbai.

Apart from Prajoth, the show would feature singers like Royston Pinto, Jyothsna Fernandes, Aenson Mathias and Gladson Pinto. The music lineup would have seasoned musicians like Cloy Carvalho on drums, Stevan Frank on keyboards, Ronald Coates on the guitars and Loyson Corda on the bass.
