Karnataka Sangha Andheri(R) celebrates 7th anniversary.

Mumbai, Jul 29, 2014: The 7th anniversary celebrations of Karnataka Sangha Andheri(R) was held at Radhabai T. Bhandary auditorium of Bunt’s Bhavan, Kurla (E) on Sunday, July 27 at 3.00 pm. Sri Vishwesha Teertha Sripada Swamiji of Pejavar Mutt, Udupi inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp and blessed the event in the presence of Thonse Jayakrishna A. Shetty, founder of Jayashree Krishna Parisara Premi Samiti who presided over the function and Suresh H. Shetty, health minister of Maharastra was the chief guest.

Dr. Surendra V. Shetty, the executive president of Jasmeen group of institutions Kalyan was felicitated during the event. According the president of the association Hary R. Sequiera the association is providing services in the educational, social and cultural field since last 7 years. Scholarships were distributed to the academic achievers of the previous year. Dance competitions were held and prizes were distributed to the winners.

Poojary-the president of Billava Jagruti Balaga Mumbai, Nitish shetty-Nitya Chaitanya Hospitality services Private Limited, Sunil G. Kotian-General Mechanic works Mumbai, Shivsena leader Rajesh chindarkar, Hotel Gurukripa, Balakrishna S. Shety were  present as guest during the event.

Miss Rupa and Pramila Rai conducted the initial prayers, Secretary Rajendra Rao briefed the activities of the association, Sujay Rao introduced Dr. Surendra V. Shetty before the felicitation, Rajkumar Marnad conducted the entertainment part of the event, Karnoor Mohan Rai introduced the guest compered the programme, Krishna B. Shetty proposed the vote of thanks.
