Mumbai: KONKAN TARAM & Konkani Parishners of St. Jude’s Church, Jerimeri held a felicitation programme recently.   Konkan Taram  proudly  felicitated a Catholic Student Ms. Elcy Chettiar who scored 93% in the SSC board Examination of Maharashtra and stood 3rd in St Jude’s High School -  Jerimeri  and honored her  with a Certificate & cash prize and also congratulated all the Students of Class X who appeared for the Exam and have come out in flying colours.

Konkan Taram also congratulated and felicitated  Fr. Maxwell Furtado, the Principal and Fr. Nelson Saldanha, Ex-Manager of St. Jude’s High School for 100% result of the school.

Fr. Maxwell, the principal was overjoyed with pride and has congratulated all the students and wished them all the success in their future career.  Fr. Nelson also congratulated the principal

Fr. Maxwell and all the teachers & staff for their sincerity and becoming a role models to the students although most of the children who attend this school are still coming from economically backward areas where basic minimum  facilities are not available even in this 21st century.

Fr. Maxwell & Fr. Nelson thanked and appreciated Konkan Taram for their motivation and encouragement to the students.
