Print Udupi : The Students Welfare Council of Milagres College inaugurated by Rev Fr. Jerald D’Souza, Secretary of Catholic Board of Education, Diocese of Mangalore at Milagres Tri-centenary Hall, Kallianpur near here on Friday, 11th July, 2014.
Very Rev Fr. Stany B. Lobo presided the occasion. Others present on the dais were guest of honor Rev Fr. Ferdinand Gonsalves, Principal of Milagres P U College, Dr. Nery Cornelio Principal of Milagres College, Prof. N. M. Hegde and Sophia Dias Directors of SWC, Miss Dephne D’Souza President elect of SWC and her team.
After the invocation prayer by Sayani and group, Daphne D’souza welcomed the gatherings. After the inauguration Rev Fr. Jerald D’Souza addressed the gatherings. Dr. Nery Cornelio Principal to decorated the president elect of Students Welfare Council Dephne D’Souza with the presidential attire. After , Principal to administered the oath of office to the office bearers of the Student Welfare Council.
Daphne D’Souza President, Nithesh Vice President, Dinesh Acharya Secretary, Chaitra Joint Secretary, Sneha Treasurer and Suchitra as Cultural Secretary. The President of SWC Daphne D’Souza administered the oath to the class representatives.
Fr. Ferdinand Gonsalves and Dr. Nery Cornelio also spoke during the occasion. Fr. Stany B. Lobo gave his presidential address.
Dinesh Acharya gave words of gratitude while Cliff Cornelio compared the programme.
