Print Udupi : On 8th July 2014 Milagres English Medium School, Kallianpur celebrated the feast of our “Lady of Miracles” and Vanamahotsava in Tri - Centenary Hall. Mr Nithyanand Kemmannu was the Chief Guest. Rev. Fr Stany B Lobo correspondent of Milagres was the President of the function. Fr Mahesh D’Souza and Mrs Veera D’Silva were on the dais.
Programme began with prayer. Fr Stany B Lobo inaugurated the Vanamahotsava by planting a sapling of neem plant. Chief Guest Mr Nithyanand Kemmannu, President of Kemmannu Panchayath spoke in his message, that it is the duty of everyone to show respect to the nature. Milagres institution imparts good education and teaches discipline to the students. He appreciated the efforts of the Heads of institution. President of the function Fr Stany B Lobo in his address blessed all the students and asked to pray for the showers and gave away a valuable message.
School Children presented entertainment programme. Rencita of Std X B welcomed everyone. Brinda of Std IX B proposed vote of thanks. Caroline of Std X B was the Mistress of the Ceremony.
