We have upgraded all 16 branches with a focus on digitalisation, equipijng them with all necessary facilities. He added that, when the present Management took charge, there were only 16 branches and over the last 7 years, five new branches have been added after a gap of 22 years. The RBI has granted permission to open additional branches, which indicates that the bank is financially sound and well-managed. The Bank has met all financial parameters since the present management took charge of the bank in 2018. Today, the Bank has a total of 21 branches and 15 ATMs.

This also equally applies to the Bank as it should grow along with the growth of the customers served by the bank. He further said that change is inevitable and a continuous process for all living beings, and this too is applicable to the Bank.
