As representatives of the government, even if we make plans on the third floor, it is the government employees who implement them. Minister Laxmi Hebbalkar said that employees have a big role to play in the success of government schemes.

Out of the five guarantee schemes implemented by the Government of Karnataka, three schemes have been implemented for the empowerment of women. The programme was organised by the Department of Women and Child Development in collaboration with the Department of Women and Child Development. It will be implemented in 31 districts. Awareness will be created among women employees in this regard, he said.

We will give space in the office of the Women Employees Union in the office of our department, we will talk to the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister about this.
