From Udupi to Kundapur incomplete service road at Santhekatte opens for vehicles traffic

Print Udupi : The vehicular overpass second phase work has been under progress very steady and fast nowadays in Santhekatte, Kallianpur. In order to minimize vehicular traffic at Santhekatte junction, from Udupi to Kundapur incomplete service road is open for vehicular traffic.
However, due to incomplete service road from Santhekatte junction around 80meters, there have been dusty conditions which are difficult for vehicular traffic especially for two and three wheelers. During the peak hours due to heavy traffic with school buses and others, there has been a problem for vehicle traffic at Santhekatte.
People are fed up with the NH66 overpass work which has been under way for many years in Santhekatte. The locals as well as a large number of people are awaiting the early finish of the work.
Due to heavy vehicle traffic from Kammannu, Kallianpur, Hoode and Nejar, there has been heavy traffic on Santhekatte to Udupi, Malpe service road especially during peak hours. The traffic policemen posted at Santhekatte junction, Kemmannu Kallianpur road junction and other places to help the vehicular traffic during the peak hours.
