Davangere J5: Evil forces are exploiting religion and caste to disturb the peace of our state and country. This will destroy the progress of the country and the state.  Chief Minister Siddaramaiah called upon the youth to stay away from such perverts and protect their lives and future.

He spoke while inaugurating the state level youth festival organized by the district administration.

When the young people grow socially oriented, they become the country’s asset. For this, he said, we should get scientific and intellectual education and create equal opportunities to lead to the progress of the society.

He called upon the young people to prepare their future with the determination that we should not be a burden to the country but should grow as an asset to the country.

The essence of the constitution should be understood by everyone. Every citizen should have economic, social and political freedom. The essence of the constitution is that everyone should be allowed to practice their religion and belief. I was able to become the Chief Minister only because of this constitution. Therefore, it is our responsibility to protect this constitution, he said.

What we have given to the country should be more important than what the country has given us. Many evil forces are using religion-caste to disturb the peace and progress of the country. Young people should stay away from such perverts and develop humanity and grow as a sociable person. Through this, democracy can be saved and developed, he said.

We have transferred youth funds to the accounts of one lakh 62 thousand youth and are also providing skill training to them. We have given 213 crores for this. He said that we are working with the determination that the government should stand firm for the help of educated unemployed graduates.
