Oct 25: Mount Carmel Central School is gearing up for ’Festember 2K24,’ a vibrant fundraiser set for November 9 and 10. Organised by the school’s Parent Teacher Association, the event aims to enhance sports facilities for students.
Kicking off on Saturday, November 9, from 3 pm to 8:30 pm, and continuing on Sunday, November 10, from 11 am to 9 pm, the fête promises an exciting lineup of activities. Attendees can look forward to a food fiesta, engaging games, and an entertainment extravaganza featuring dance performances, live music, and celebrity appearances.

The initiative is inspired by the school’s commitment to nurturing young athletes who aspire to excel at state and national levels. While the playground development has made significant strides, further community support is essential to achieve the school’s vision.
The school has also reached out to local media for support, hoping to raise awareness and collaboration in preparing top-notch sports personalities.
