ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾವರ ಸ್ಪೋರ್ಟ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ನ ಆಶ್ರಯದಲ್ಲಿ, ವನಮಹೋತ್ಸವದ ಅಂಗವಾಗಿ ಗಿಡಗಳನ್ನು ನೆಡುವ ಕಾಯ೯ಕ್ರಮವು ಇಂದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಕ್ಲಬ್ಬಿನ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಯಿತು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿ ಆಗಿದ್ದ, ಅನಿವಾಸಿ ಭಾರತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಉದ್ಯಮಿ ಕೆಂಜೂರು ಶಶಿಧರ ಶೆಟ್ಟಿ , ಬಹರೈನ್ ಅವರು ಗಿಡ ನೆಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ವನಮಹೋತ್ಸವ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದರು. ಇದೆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಎಲ್ಲ ಜನರು ತಮ್ಮ ಮನೆಯ ಆವರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗಿಡ ನೆಡುವ ಮೂಲಕ ವನಮಹೋತ್ಸವ ಆಚರಿಸಿ ಪರಿಸರ ಬೆಳೆಸಲು ಕರೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
100ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಗಿಡಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ಲಬ್ಬಿನ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಡಲಾಯಿತು.
ಮುಂಬರುವ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾವರ ಸ್ಪೋರ್ಟ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಪರಿಸರ ಕಾಳಜಿಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ ಎಂದು
ಸ್ಪೋರ್ಟ್ಸ್ ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಎಂ ಚಂದ್ರಶೇಖರ ಹೆಗ್ಡೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
