Dispute over Durga International Hotel - Assualt and life threat complaints lodged

Print Udupi : As per the police case registered in Udupi Town Police a gang assaulted office in charge of Hotel Durga International here on 18th December, 2016. Sandesh was assaulted by Rajeshwari Shetty’s sister Roopa Bhaskar Shetty, her son Bhargava Shetty and gang of five persons.
After the murder of Bhaskar Shetty, the owner of Durga Internal Hotel and his wife Rajeshwari is accused of killing her husband.
It is said that Roopa shetty and Bhargava Shetty had changed the lock of the office when Sandesh was out of station. On 18th December, the group called to Sandesh to the parking of the hotel and assaulted Sandesh by group of five persons as per the complaint by Sandesh.
In another complaint to the police by Ajith Kumar who is manager of the hotel said that Sandesh, Pradeep Pai, Jayaraj and other four abused and posed life threat to him on same day of 18th December. He said in his complaint that Sandesh, Pradeep Pai, Jayaraj along with four others entered the hotel premises and abused him after he objected them to force open the door of the office.
As per the agreement with Gulabi Shetty, Bhashkar Shetty’s mother that Shiraj, Bhaskar Naik, Jayaraj, Balakrishna Alva and Ramakrishna Naik all employees of the hotel looing after the hotel and given Rs. One lakh to Gulabi shetty.
