Being human and educated is to be free from the bondage of religion, caste and walking beyond the boundaries that prevent us from being kind said Dr Vincent Alva, Principal, Milagres College Kallianpur, Udupi. He was addressing the students at the valedictory program of the annual special camp organised by the college NSS units at Government Higher Primary School, Balekudru, Hangarkatta, Udupi. Being a volunteer of NSS is one step ahead towards the gentlemanship he narrated.
Speaking on the occasion the chief guest Mrs Jyothi Udaykumar, former President, Brahmavar Taluk Panchayath called upon the students to use every opportunity that comes their way during the college days.

Mrs Shubhalatha, the NSS program officer proposed vote of thanks. Mr Ganesh Nayak, the NSS officer of unit 2 presented mementos to the guests.
The students presented the cultural events and shared their experiences and learning during the camp.
