Print Udupi : Under the leadership of Sabarimala Ayyappa Seva Samajam and other organizations to organize “Goodudeepa” Competition and exhibition will be held on Sunday, November 27 at Sri Shirdi Sahibaba Temple, Thotadamane, Kodavoor near here.
Speaking in the press meet held at Udupi Press Club today, Vijay Kodavoor, Vice President of SASS said that the programme will be inaugurated by Nadoja Dr. G Shankar at 10.30am. The competition and exhibition will be started from 8.30am to 12.30pm.
He said that during the inaugural programme, Hon. President Hariyappa Kotian, Hon Advisor Divakar Shetty, Anand P Suvarna, Entrepreneur Sadhu Salian, District President Radhakrishna Mendon, District Mahila SASS President Tara U Acharya, Hon Secreetary Ranjith Shetty will be present.
Vijay Kodavoor said that only two persons allowed in the group team and Goodudeepa should be prepared in the site of the programme. Prizes will be distributed for Senior category for above 16 years will be 5,555 for first prize, Rs 4444 for second prize and Rs 3333 for third place. Rs 1000 will be distributed to five for consolidated winners.
Meantime, for Juniors age below 16 years will be Rs. 4444 for first prize, Rs. 3333 for second and Rs 2222 for third prizes. Rs 1000 will be distributed to consolidated prizes.
Radhakrishna Mendon, President of SASS, Prakash Shetty and others were present during the press meet.
