Target Publications Prioritizes Employee Wellness with International Yoga Day Celebration

Mumbai, June 21, 2024: In the spirit of International Yoga Day, Target Publications Pvt. Ltd,Thane hosted a special session for its employees, promoting wellness and mindfulness today.

On the eve of the celebration, the entire team at Target Publications came together for a dedicated hour to learn about the benefits of yoga. Janardan Singh, a certified yoga coach, was invited to lead the session.

Janardan’s informative session shed light on the many advantages of yoga, including improved flexibility, stress reduction, and increased focus. He also emphasized the positive impact yoga can have on overall discipline and well-being when practiced regularly. Taking the learning a step further, many employees actively participated by following along with Janardan as he demonstrated various yoga poses. This hands-on experience allowed them to experience the benefits of yoga firsthand.
