Print ‘Caution’ sign boards installed at Trasi-Maravanthe beach
Kundapura/Trasi, April 21: Hundreds of tourists are visiting Maravanthe-Trasi beach every day. Sea is the main attraction for them. Few of them will jump into the water ignoring the danger. The sea at this area is very deep. During monsoon season, the sea will remain always rough.
Social workers along with, Gangulli police, Karavali Coast Police have installed ‘Caution’ sign boards at difference places along the beach and distributed pamphlets to highlight the danger of entering the sea and steps to take precaution using this beach.
Suresh Bhat from Karavali coast Police, Raveesh Holla from Gangulli Police, Mark Denis D’souza, Social activist, Haji M. Mohammed and Ebrahim Gangolli from Late Suhail Friend’s club were present during this social awareness event.
