Mumbai : Total 114 members packed in Two Luxy Buses left Vadodara at 7.00 am  from different parts of Vadodara. All gathered at 8.00 am at  Kamati Baug Vadodara and took Breakfast. At 8.30 after breakfast  and briefing of the picnic details by our President Shri Shashidhar Shetty left for Ahmedabad.

After reaching Ahmedabad participants enjoyed the beauty of Kankaria - very well managed - Clean banks of the lake. Afterwards we entered Amrapali Amusement Park -and all participants took part in various rides. Members took lunch with delcious eatables inside the Amusement Park.After lunch and taking part in various rides, we proceeded to Sabarmati River Front - which was very well designed with gardens and very neat and clean River Banks. This is the  place where our Prime Minister Narendra Modi had meeting Chinese President  recently.  All participants enjoyed  Boat Rides at Sabarmati River. Thereafter  Housy Game was organised for all participants
At 6.00 pm - we proceeded  back to Vadodara. Due to some trafic jam - it took some more time to reach and we reached Kamati Baug Vadoadra at 9.30 pm - where we had arranged Dinner with Kori Rotti, Rice and Gulab Jamun. For Vegetarians, seperate vegetarian Menu was also served.

At the close of the ceremony Balakrishna Shetty Gen Secretary made Vote of Thanks to ,

c) Shri Vishal Shanta and Shri Dayanand Salian for sponsoring Breakfast and Evening Dinner
d) Shir Dinkar Shetty for providing Caps to all participants

As against proposed charges of Rs 600 per participants, due to above sponsorship, we could manage the picnic only with Rs 350/-per person and only Rs 350/- was collected from each person.
