Obituary: Sr M. Jillian A.C (82), Kotekar, Mangalore
Sr M. Jillian A.C (82), daughter of the late John Rasquinha and the late Christine Albuquerque, passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at Stella Maris Convent, Kotekar, Mangaluru.
She belongs to the Congregation of the Apostolic Carmel, Karnataka Province and was an educationist serving specially the poor children at the primary level. She has rendered her dedicated services at Lourdes Convent, Jayanagar, Bengaluru; Bal Yesu Nilaya, Maryhill; St Maria Goretti Convent, Kemmannu; St Joseph’s Convent, Kundapura; St Agnes Convent,
Mangaluru; Carmel Convent, Pezar and Stella Maris Convent, Kotekar.
Her mortal remains will be brought to Stella Maris Convent Chapel, Kotekar on Sunday, August 13 th at 1:00 pm for public viewing. Funeral Mass will be at 3:00 pm followed by burial service at Stella Maris Convent Cemetery.
