Print Udupi: Foundation stone laid for the SVP sponsored new house at Kemmannu
Udupi, September 29: Foundation stone was laid for the SVP sponsored new house to the needy family at Kemmannu.
Fr. Reginald Pinto, spiritual Director of SVP and Director of Sampada, celebrated the Sunday mass at the church at the occasion of the feast of Patron Saint Fredrick Ozanam and later blessed the Foundation laying ceremony at Padukudru
Family of late Ronald Lobo has been selected and the house will be constructed at the approximate cost of 12 lakh, which will be collected through donations from the parishioners
The project is the brainchild of Most. Rev. Gerald Issac Lobo, Bishop of Udupi on the occasion of the Jubilee year celebrated throughout the Catholic community.
The Project is carried out under the guidance of Kemmannu Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Philip Neri Aranha and Kemmannu parishioners are generously requested to contribute to this noble project to see it a success
