Thonse Vijay Kumar Shetty Felicitated with Karavali Sourabh State Award.

Bantwal, Feb 12, 2021: Chinnara Loka Mokeda Kalavidher Trust(R), Bantwal in association with Kannada and Cultural Department, Govt. of Karnataka is organizing  Agricultural Fair - Karvali Kalostava 2021 at the Batwal Golden Park Ground from 11th Feb till the 25 of February, 2021.

The event was inaugurated by Dr. Mohan Alva from Alvas Group along with distinguished guests on the 11th February, 2021.

During the event Pride of Thonse, holder of Limca book of records, Winner of State Rajyotsava Award, well known Dramatist founder of ‘Kala Jagathu’ Mumbai, Sri. Thonse Vijay Kumar Shetty was felicitated with "Karavali Sourabh State Award" for his service to promote Tulu, Kannada language and culture.

THONSE VIJAYKUMAR SHETTY is one of the most Prestigious and Honored personality of our society. Dedicated his entire life to Drama & Stage. Thonse Vijaykumar Shetty has been awarded with some of the highest grades and we are proud of him. His contribution towards Tulu & Kannada language has been tremendous. Founder of Kalajagattu (Performing Arts Group), Thonse Vijaykumar has amazed us with his amazing Acts and Plays. Thonse Vijay Kumar has continuously performed for 13 hours presenting parts of his 60 dramas in Mumbai to enter the Limca record book.
