Print Catholic Sabha Kemmannu Unit members visit Manasa Special Children School Pamboor.
Kemmannu, Feb 18, 2020: 22 members of Catholic Sabha Kemmannu unit including the Office Bearers visited Manasa Rehabilitation Center, Pamboor.
Center organized a meet with the students and staff and briefed about the activities of the Center.
Manasa Special School is School established by Catholic Sabha Mangalore Pradesh and presently managed by Catholic Sabha Udupi Pradesh (R). At present 123 mentally challenged children study in the center, where they are trained as per their IQ and many of them get trained to be independent workers including working on computers.
An amount of ₹25,100/- was handed over and sweets were distributed to the inmates.
President Arun Fernandes and members pledged their support to the center in the future too.
Manasa in-charge Mr. Henry Menezes, C S Secretary Jyothi Lewis and other office Bearers were present during the occasion.
